Educational Service District 123 staff, regional educators, and community members will say farewell to Gloria Cartagena at her retirement reception tomorrow, December 13, from 3:00-4:30 PM at the ESD 123 in Pasco. After more than 41 years as the Clock Hour and Certification Specialist, Gloria is the longest-standing employee ESD 123 has ever had.

Countless local educators and people across the state have come to Gloria for help in earning and maintaining their teaching certifications. Tomorrow’s event is open to the public and media is encouraged to attend. The reception will be held in the Blue Mountain Room at ESD 123, located at 3924 W. Court St., in Pasco, WA.
