Planning for the 2027 conference is underway! The conference will be collaboratively designed by the 2027 conference host ESD (ESD 105) and the AESD Executive Board. We are excited to welcome ESD board members, staff, and partners to Suncadia in April! This year’s theme, Driven by Service, United by Purpose, Inspired by Place will provide a wonderful springboard for our conference keynotes and breakout sessions.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsoring our statewide conference benefits both AESD and your community. Sponsorship contributions help cover overall conference costs, including fees for keynote speakers, networking receptions, and conference swag. We expect more than 100 ESD board members and executive staff from across the state to attend.
Bronze
$250 – $999
Bronze Level Benefits
- Company recognition on the AESD website, social media, and printed and digital material.
Silver
$1,000 – $1,999
Silver Level Benefits
All Bronze benefits, plus:
- Complimentary conference registration for one representative from your company.
Gold
$2,000 – $4,999
Gold Level Benefits
All Silver benefits, plus:
- Company recognition and sponsor level visually highlighted throughout the conference.
- Give time to address group throughout conference.
- Introduction of a company representative at the Sponsor Reception, including verbal recognition in general sessions.
- Your company swag shared on conference session tables.
- Exhibitor display space.
Diamond
$5,000+
Diamond Level Benefits
All Gold benefits, plus:
- Complimentary conference registration for two representatives from your company.
- Exhibitor display space adjacent to registration and information table.
- Company name and logo on conference-branded swag for all attendees.
- Introduction and speaking opportunity for your company representative/s at the AESD Awards and Recognition Dinner, and access to the attendee list.
- Partnership recognition throughout the year on the AESD website.
- Opportunity to meet with AESD leadership groups, as requested.
